Self-guided outdoor disc golf course.
Introductory Frisbee golf / flying disc course with 6-9 different starts. The aim is to reach the basket with the disc (assimilated to the hole in golf) in as few throws as possible.

For locals and visitors alike, disc golf in Chamrousse is a refreshing way to enjoy nature while taking part in an entertaining sport/leisure activity.

How is disc golf played?
Disc golf is a variant of golf, in which the aim is to throw a flying disc towards a target, the "hole". As in golf, players must complete a course of 9 to 18 holes in as few throws as possible. This individual sport improves precision, concentration and agility.

How do you keep score in Disc Golf?
Each subsequent throw is made from the point where the disc on the previous throw stopped. The score is determined by adding up the number of throws made at each hole, plus any penalty throws, then adding up all the holes.

Discs can be hired from Chamrousse Oxygène or Alté Chamrousse Aventures.
Supervised version available on reservation.

Sustainable tourism

In Frisbee golf, the rules of the game encourage respect for nature and for one's opponents. It's a mixed and intergenerational sport: everyone plays together at their own pace and on the same course.
