The 75 m² duplex appartment is in the Nigritelles B residential building on the Place des Ecrins.

It comprises:
Ground floor: the entrance hall has a large clothes storage area on the left, with plenty of hooks for ski clothes and a shelf for hats, gloves and goggles, etc. On the right, there is a bathroom with bath tub and wash basin and a separate WC. A built-in cupboard has the vacuum cleaner, cleaning equipment and chairs for the terrace.
The corner kitchen has a sink, fridge, dishwasher, oven and cupboards for storing food. Opposite is a built-in cupboard with ample tableware and kitchen utensils. The coffee machine, microwave and toaster are on this cupboard.
In the lounge adjoining the kitchen, there is a large table, a three-seater sofa, TV and radio. French windows open onto the terrace. In the corner of the lounge, stairs lead to the upper floor.

The upper floor has sloping walls and 3 bedrooms.
- The first bedroom is closed, with a double 160 cm bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- The second bedroom in the passageway has two single 80 cm beds, a pull-out mattress, built-in wardrobe and shower room.
- The third bedroom is closed, with two single 80 cm beds (or a 160 cm double), pull-out mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Practicalities: the entrance to the building is on the 5th floor, the flat is on the 6th floor and the ski cupboard is accessible by lift or stairs.
