You will have a terrace and an enclosed garden with children's games, on the ground floor living room with fireplace, living room-kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer...), wc, shower room water, laundry. Upstairs Bedrooms 1 and 2 (160x200 bed), Bedroom 3 (1 single bed & 2 bunk beds & 1 trundle bed) Shower room-wc. Sale of organic meat on site (only on Saturday mornings) at the owners' farm. A few minutes by car: canoeing, kayaking, zoological park, hiking or horse riding, mountain biking, La Viarhôna, Bugey vineyards & Chartreuse Natural Park, Aiguebelette and Romagnieu lakes, Balme and St Christophe sur Guiers caves, Walibi amusement park...
