Alizane Montagne
We are two mountain leaders, fond of nature and hiking!
« What I particularly like in the mountain is the combination of 3 aspects: exertion, contemplation - which brings us happiness through the beauty of landscapes, flowers or animals -, and last the quietness of nature, mountain, forest, the silence - nourishing our wellbeing. As a mountain leader, my goal is to share with you one or several of these aspects, depending on what you seek, depending on the environment, from forest to high mountain with rocks or snow (the last being my favorite). I also love the observation of animals and orienteering, as well as wandering about in picturesque villages.
To me, sharing plays a great role in this job. Each outing means a new encounter and it is important to take care of it by listening to people, sharing my passion and not only guiding a client to a summit. » Gabriel
« My love for the mountain dates back to my first steps. Though it took me a lot of school years, a long term voyage and a lot of hiking and bivouacking for me to have the idea of making a job out of this passion. Well, one of my jobs! I am also a writer and a video maker (I share my solo hiking and bivouacking adventures on my YT channel). When the weather is nice, you can bump into me wearing sandals, to walk or run as close to Mother Earth as possible. In the winter, you’ll probably hear me complaining about the weight of my ski touring shoes! All year long, I cultivate the art of wonder for what nature offers us, from the self-sufficient small mountain flower to the crevasses of a mighty glacier and the flight of a bearded vulture. I want to share all of these beautiful things with the persons I take on a hike or on a several day adventure! » Eve
