Formation Sécurité Avalanche - Ecole de Porte

Do you go snowshoeing or ski touring? It's essential to be trained in the use of avalanche transceivers, shovels and probes. Our ANENA-certified professionals will train you so that you can practice your activities safely.

During this course, you'll first learn how an avalanche transceiver works, the techniques you need to use to locate a person buried under snow as accurately as possible, and how to use a probe and shovel effectively.

Then you'll learn how to free a victim and bring him or her to safety while waiting for help to arrive. Of course, we'll also talk about who to call and what to tell them.

Finally, you'll learn how to put this into practice and how to search for multiple victims, while defining the role of the leader.
