This 210 m² chalet is located in the pretty hamlet of Les Essoulieux, 2 km from Bourg-d'Oisans and all amenities. It has 4 attractive bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people.
This 3-storey chalet, facing south with a clear view of the mountains, has a
private parking area and offers all the comfort you need for a quiet and relaxing stay. A small secure chalet for storing bikes and ski equipment is located on the property.
The chalet has a wooden terrace with ample garden furniture made of wooden pallets and cushions, a table for up to 12 people and coloured chairs.
The terrace has lighting for evening drinks and meals, as well as an electric blind to protect from the summer heat at lunchtime.
A barbecue is also provided.
The chalet comprises 3 floors.
The ground floor features:
* 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a shower and a sink.
* 1 separate toilet.
* a large living room composed of:
- a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, food processor, etc.)
- a dining room with a large table
-a small living room with TV and wood burning stove and a bay window opening onto the terrace.
On the first floor:
* 1 large TV lounge with coffee table, wood burning stove and wifi
* 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a large open-plan bathroom with shower, bath, wc and washbasin. This room opens onto a balcony.

On the second floor:
* 1 large family room with 4 single beds (3 single beds 100x200 and 1 bed 90x190)

SUMMER
A perfect base camp for cyclists and hikers who want to climb the mythical passes of the Oisans (Croix de Fer, Galibier etc.) or hike along the 900 km of marked trails in the Oisans.
The start of the GR 54 is a 10 minute walk away and the greenway linking Allemond to Venosc is just 2 minutes away by bike.
WINTER
Your host Isabelle, a freelance ski and snowboard instructor, will be happy to advise or accompany you, depending on her availability.
This accommodation is well-situated at the foot of Alpe d'Huez (13 km) and 25 minutes from Les Deux Alpes.
The Sarenne-Bergerie bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk away and the T76 bus takes you to the foot of the slopes in 20 minutes.
And if you prefer to avoid the climb to Alpe d'Huez and its 21 switchbacks, the Allemond lift is a 15 minute drive away. It will take you up to Oz-en-Oisans in 10 minutes, from where you can reach the "Grand Domaine" of Alpe d'Huez.
