Cozy cottage in the heart of the Massif de Belledonne, in an old barn completely renovated, quietly located in a small hamlet near Allevard and its thermal baths, the ski resorts of Collet d'Allevard, Col du Barrioz and 7 Laux .
On the 1st floor you will have a large living room opening onto a large covered terrace with an unobstructed view of nature. Fully equipped integrated kitchen, living room with its wood stove, laundry room, wc. 2nd floor: Bedroom 1 (2 single beds), Bedroom 2 (1 double bed & 2 bunk beds), 1 shower room, separate wc. Heating by wood stove & underfloor heating on the 1st and radiators on the 2nd, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV...
Private car park and garden with ping-pong table within the property, possibility of using a sheltered room/storage. Our Gîte is on the 1st and 2nd floor to offer you a beautiful view, it is adjoining another independent accommodation. Nearby many outdoor activities in all seasons: including swimming at the Lakes of Mirande, Bourget or Aiguebelette, Alpine & Nordic Skiing, Summer Tobogganing, Dog Sledding, Paragliding, Via-Ferrata, Karting, Cinema, Casinos, restaurants.
