Besides presenting the Superphenix nuclear site and its dismantling, this colourfully laid out and entertaining tour also covers every other topic relating to the production of electricity.

In the interests of public awareness, education and transparency, EDF was quick to open its industrial sites to the general public. During the 1990s, EDF was in fact France's leading operator in industrial tourism.
At a time when tomorrow's energy-related challenges are open to lively debate, EDF strives more than ever to provide clear, accessible information on the generation of electricity. The Public Information Centres located next to most EDF production sites serve precisely that purpose.
The Creys-Malville Centre proposes an amusing and colourfully laid-out tour presenting the Superphenix nuclear site and its dismantling, and also covers every other topic relating to the production of electricity: history, global challenges, the different production methods, their impacts on the environment and how these can be mitigated. The interactive modules feature a "question tree" by which adults and children can compare their discoveries and enhance their knowledge.
