Sport Days OTTOBOCK

Every year, Ottobock and its partners organize events to enable amputees to discover or practice one or more sports, with the benefit of supervision and the loan of appropriate equipment.

Our Sport Days Winter weekend, co-organized with the ADEPA association, aims to enable amputees to discover or rediscover the pleasures of skiing and snowboarding.

The concept is simple: to invite amputees to be fitted with free equipment so that they can enjoy the pleasures of skiing and snowboarding. They benefit from support and advice tailored to their disability and level.
Prosthetists are on hand to accompany amputees, helping them find or rediscover the thrill of snowboarding.

PROCARVE® sports prostheses are made available and adjusted by Ottobock.care orthoprosthetists. Organized by Ottobock. and the Association de défense et d'étude des personnes amputées (ADEPA).

Program :
- fitting and adjustment of ski prostheses
- welcome coffee and ski prosthesis trials for registrants
- ski lesson for registrants and free lunch
- ski lesson for registered skiers
- ski prosthesis dismantling

Anyone wishing to take part in the Sport Days weekend in Chamrousse is invited to register on the ADEPA website www.adepa.fr and reserve their Procarve prosthesis on the Ottobock.care website www.ottobock-ortho.fr
