Learning to recognise wild edible and medicinal plants of the mountains

Botanical walk to learn how to recognise wild edible and medicinal plants growing in the mountains. Half a day to get the basis and avoid confusion with toxic species.

On an easy stroll along gentle paths, quiet roads and forest tracks, we'll discover the most interesting plants, grasses and trees. These common species will be representative of different environments. Sometimes simply along the path, by the roadside, or in the forest, on the mountain pasture, ...

We'll be concentrating on the easy-to-recognize medicinal and edible plants typical of the mountains. You'll leave feeling more confident and with a few recipe ideas, for wild meals or natural remedies. We can organize outings all year round, with different plants for each season.

Contact us to arrange a private group outing to suit your wishes and availability. In this private setting, the itinerary can be adapted for people with reduced mobility or special needs.
