Discover yoga in nature, alternating hiking and yoga postures or sequences. Discover the Vercors High Plateaux Reserve, a biodiversity sanctuary. Hikes departing from Gresse-en-Vercors or the surrounding area (Balcon Est, Trièves, Vercors, Dévoluy). Hikes on heritage, history, flora and fauna.
In winter, come and breathe in the fresh mountain air on a snowshoe hike, refocusing on your senses to relieve your stress in the middle of nature.
