Far from the idea of 'ready-meals', I showcase the taste of simple, top-quality ingredients from our local producers, in concocting dishes you are not likely to forget in a hurry.
The Au Roman du Vercors restaurant in Beauvoir-en-Royans is a dream-come-true for my wife Isabelle and I. We created this restaurant because we wanted to share our passion and the pleasure of great food, in a welcoming place that really reflects who we are. I am always inspired by this fascinating profession and by the professionals of the industry I am lucky to meet.
