Go for adventure! Trekking, hiking, bivouacking, orienteering. With my passion for the mountains and my love of adventure, I've learned to be independent while having fun. Today, I'm happy to pass on and share these skills in these magnificent landscapes.
The perfect environment to unwind, the mountains can be explored in many different ways, and there are plenty of sights to see. So let your steps unfold without a second thought, and come and discover the Cimes-Ba philosophy: live life, without a care in the world!
I'm a qualified mountain leader, with a CQP in orienteering and a certification in health sports. I offer à la carte itinerant stays (refuges), women's treks, bivouac outings, day hikes for young and old, and orienteering/mapping (from beginner to probationary level).
I'll adapt to your level and your desires so that you have a wonderful time in nature.
I'm also sensitive to our bodies, our best tools for getting around, and regularly include muscle-building exercises in my outings.
