Quick access to Les 2 Alpes in winter or to the rugged Ferrand valley in summer for hiking.

This is a 70m² gîte of character on 2 floors, featuring a lounge and a spacious living room and kitchen with a stone fireplace. The sleeping area is located on the first floor, leading to a bright master bedroom (double bed, cot) and a second bedroom with rustic charm and a stone wall (3 single beds).

The central heating is wood-fired, and guests have all the mod-cons they need, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a sunny, south-facing terrace with garden furniture. Overlooking the Lac du Chambon, connect with nature and admire the panoramic view.

Close to the major Oisans ski resorts (summer skiing in Les 2 Alpes), the Ecrins National Park (numerous opportunities for hiking and mountain biking) and the mythical passes of the Tour de France (cycling). The surroundings are exceptional for all outdoor activities, including white water sports on the Romanche and Vénéon rivers.

Peace and quiet just a stone's throw from the shops. There is a grocery shop and restaurant in Mizoën, supermarkets in Les 2 Alpes and Bourg d'Oisans and a service station/post office in Freney d'Oisans. Besse has a artisanal bakery.

From Grenoble, take the RD 1091 towards Bourg d'Oisans then on towards La Grave. After the Chambon dam turn left to Mizoen. From Mizoën, follow the "Plateau d'Emparis" signs to the right; go up 1km, pass the tunnels; after 300m ignore "Aymes" on the right. After 300m, enter Singuigneret; 100m after the sign, take the hairpin on the left (signposted "gîte rural"). There is a car park at the top of the ramp (30m). The house is in the centre of the hamlet near the fountain.
