E-bike lake tour from Oz-en-Oisans

The Lacs des Petites Rousses plateau is a unique setting where Ebikers can explore between Alpine meadows and lakes. “Les Lacs” is the perfect place to try Ebiking and share the joys of this activity at an elevation of 2,000 metres.

In Oz-en-Oisans, the Lacs des Petites Rousses plateau is a real gem.
For cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice-climbing or ski-touring in winter, hiking or Nordic walking at any time of year, and mountain-biking just as soon as the weather permits.
On this plateau, the XC11 “Les Lacs” cross-country track has always been accessible to Ebikers and is now recognised as one of Isère’s best mountain Ebike itineraries.
The 10 km route can be reached by cable car from Oz. It is indeed unique, as it goes up and down along the lakes: Carrelet, Faucille, Besson, and Noir.
Thanks to the facilities offered by the resort, Les Lacs has become a choice spot for discovering Ebiking in an exceptional mountain setting 2,000 metres above sea level.

ITINERARY
From Oz-en-Oisans, take the Alpette gondola lift to reach the departure gate, and follow the “XC11” waymarkers. The itinerary starts on a wide track at the foot of the cliffs, then plunges down to Besson Lake to join a two-way path that alternates climbs and descents between Alpine pastures, rocks and wooden bridges. Take care as the path may get tricky depending on which of the many options you take, but make sure you stay on the waymarked trail.
