Forest bath
Forest bathing, sylvotherapy or shinrin yoku: nature has the power to take care of us. By immersing ourselves in the forest, we'll soak up its atmosphere, its smells and its breaths.
We'll slow our pace; become more sensitive to feel; more available to connect with the plant world. This immersive experience brings us face to face with trees and their powerful energies. It will reduce our stress, promote relaxation and enhance our mental and physical well-being.
Course of the session :
Forest bathing, sylvotherapy or shinrin yoku is a therapy recognized by the Japanese government in 1982. Its practice has been gaining popularity in the West ever since scientists proved that nature walks strengthen the immune system, help combat chronic illnesses such as depression, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity... But in reality, we know intuitively: immersion in nature enhances our well-being and promotes positive emotions. So, for 3 hours, we'll plunge into the heart of the forest to experience this highly rejuvenating practice.
