Kitchen-cum-lounge and sitting area, flatscreen TV, washing machine. 1st floor: washroom and toilet, night corner with 1 double bed or 2 single beds. Nearby: water-based activities, swimming, hiking, caves, the medieval villages of Crémieu, Pérouges, Morestel & Quirieu, farm produce. Locally: goat farm and small campsite on the owners' farm. Access to the campsite swimming pool, boules strip and table tennis table. Car parking. WIFI signal on the terrace.
