Next to a field of walnut trees, our Gite has a large outdoor space. Very peaceful setting to spend pleasant moments in the countryside.
The gîte La Noyeraie is a detached house of 75m², located in the heart of the village of Poliénas. A covered shelter of 25m ² is at your disposal to park for example your vehicle.
Shaded ground in edge of walnut grove, you can relax in the shade of walnut trees, with the possibility of making barbecues while your children play in the sandbox or with the ball!
The first floor is composed of a kitchen and dining area, and a living room with fireplace. The bathroom and toilet are also on the same level.
The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, for 6 persons.
We are at your disposal to make you discover our farm where the production of walnuts is the main activity and visit the farm where there is also, for the pleasure of children, the pig of the farm, calves, rabbits and a farmyard. Nearby gîte 6 pers. n°310201.
