200m from the ski lifts at the heart of the Vercors Natural Park, a spacious well-lit gite on the ground floor with terrace and garden, adjoining gite n°186113 for 5 people, and the owner's home. The gite du Couchant is designed for 8 people. With a spacious layout, it's perfect for families or friends for a convivial comfortable stay. Located at garden level of the house, you enter via the main hall which gives access to the 2 gites and our own accommodation. There is a private entrance where you can leave your skis. The gite comprises three large bedrooms, an open kitchen and a lounge, a bathroom and a washroom, as well as two separate toilets. There is also a private closed garden adjoining the gite and access to a shared area equipped as a playground. First bedroom (13m²): double bed, large fitted cupboard, bedside tables, chair.
