Les Ursulines - Craft beer factory

  • Beers

Based in the former church of the 18th-century Ursuline convent in Crémieu, a medieval town less than an hour from Lyon, Olivier and his brewers create a dozen draught beer recipes over the seasons.

Olivier and his team brew beers of character and expression in these old walls, paying particular attention to the quality of the raw materials used.

The beers are triple ales, which the brewers keep for a long time and referment in the bottle for added elegance. The result: rich, refreshing and aromatic beers.

As the seasons go by, the Ursulines brewery responds to the desires of the moment: light white when it's hot, the atypical Médiévale during the Crémieu Médiévales festivals, the powerful brunette in winter, the tasty Noël for the festive season and the aromatic Printemps when the fine weather returns.
