Brewers Geneviève and François, the couple behind this project, have chosen to create high-quality craft beers exclusively using organic ingredients.

The beers offered for tasting are high-fermentation, unfiltered, non-pasteurised beers without any added sugars that are available in 33cl and 75cl bottles. Barrels containing 20 and 30 L are also available for special events and parties. Taps can be loaned on request, together with recyclable glasses.
Three beers are permanently available (Blonde, Dorée and Ambrée), whilst the brewery also produces special seasonal beers throughout the year, such as Christmas beers, and refreshing summer lagers).
