Pendulum Fountain

  • Historic site and monument

The fountain was built in 1823 to replace the Augustinian well. It was dedicated to the Duke of Angoulême, son of Charles X, who had just won fame in the victorious Spanish expedition.
It has been a listed Historical Monument since 1980.

The pump system is not currently working.
