  • Pumptrack

A "Pumptrack" is an area with bumps and banked turns, just as a motorcross track, but for mountain bikes. The pumptrack may also be used with children scooters, skateboards, bmx or bike.

The word "pump" describes the action of "pumping" with arms and legs on the bike, to increase the speed without using the pedals.
