Résidence Anthoard
Particularly well suited to students, the residence is also open to young professionals and trainees. The residence is located in the city center in the new Europôle district, next to the train station.
The Résidence Anthoard offers 105 furnished studio flats ranging from 18 m² to 30 m² (shared flats available).
Studios feature:
- a furnished main room (bed, desk, chairs and closet)
- a bathroom (sink, shower, WC)
- a fully-equipped kitchenette (sink, electric hob, fridge, cupboard, microwave, crockery and cutlery).
Tenants are entitled to social housing assistance (ALS), which is deducted from their monthly rent. Simulation and online procedures at www.caf.fr
A housekeeper is on hand to answer any technical or administrative questions tenants may have. Duty agents are on call evenings and weekends for emergency interventions (excluding summer school vacations).
