Come and try Snowga, yoga in the snow.
You can opt for a 45-minute session of dynamic yoga or a session combining the effects of yoga and meditation.
Cancelled in the event of rain and/or temperatures below -5°C.

Sustainable tourism
Nature is essential to me and the practice of yoga in connection with the mountains, water and snow was an obvious choice that I had to share with as many people as possible, hence my offers of SUP Yoga, SNOWGA and Natur'Yoga in addition to the traditional indoor Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes.
